The scene in the background was stamped and colored using copics then cut in a circle to fit into frame. The frame was stamped, colored using reinkers, embossed using clear EP then glued over a clear sheet of plastic. I also used white acrylic around edge of frame! TFL!

WOW....I definitely see your inspiration in your lovely card, Francie. Not only is the old mill scene beautifully done, but your framing with the flowers and trailing leaves is exquisite.

This is absolutely spectacular. I can't believe how you it looks so much like your inspiration piece, Fran.....where but SCS would you find a shell turned into a scene like this....lol! Really beautifully done!
